The main event will be premiered on the 2nd October 2020 at 2PM PT, 5PM ET, 10PM UK, 11PM EU HERE.
The show will be available for all ticket purchasers for 72 hours after initial broadcast on the same page you view the livestream.

Virtual meet and greet customers will receive a code via email before the selected date. Codes can be used to log into the Looped app for the meet and greet experience. Information will be emailed to the individual the week of September 28.
3. HOW CAN I WATCH THE MAIN EVENT?
Log in to watch.thecoreytaylor.com using the email and password created when purchasing your tickets. Only logged in users will be able to see the stream. It works from mobile or desktop, one device at a time. Casting/Airplay will be available once the show is live.

6. I CAN'T MAKE THE LIVE STREAM, CAN I STILL WATCH THE SHOW?
Yes, the stream will be available for all ticket purchasers for 72 hours after initial broadcast. Just log in using the email and password created when purchasing tickets.
7. WILL THE LIMITED EDITION MERCH BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE SHOW?
The limited-edition show merch will be available for the 72-hour period after the show on watch.thecoreytaylor.com, then it will disappear. All exclusive products are pre-order. Fulfillment will begin in late October.
EARLY BIRD:
Complimentary 3 Songs will be emailed to the individuals the week of September 28.
The Digital Lookbook will be a compilation of Behind The Scenes photos from the stream. Photos will be emailed out the week of October 5.

8. PROBLEMS WITH THE QUALITY OF LIVE STREAM
Automatic resolution is 1080p, however the user will be automatically (or manually) upgraded or downgraded depending on the strength of their internet connection (ranging from 360p to 1080p). If you are continuing to experience issues, please contact the live help desk here on this page during the show. Should the event endure a mass technical issue, we will address this during the stream.

- If you aren't already on one, join a stable Wi-Fi connection (rather than cellular data)
- Please try refreshing your browser If you aren't already using Safari, Firefox or Chrome - please try one of those 3
- Even if you have full bars to your router, that doesn't mean your router has a good connection to the internet. If you're wondering about your internet speed, please use Google's free internet speed test.

13. FACE MASK DISCLAIMER: These face masks are NOT meant to replace surgical face masks. Proper use of a surgical mask is still the best way to prevent coronavirus infection.

Will it cover nose and mouth?
Yes, with loops that go around the ears.
Will this mask protect from covid-19?
These are non-medical “civilian” cloth masks. They serve as an additional line of defense and follow the CDC directive recommending the “use of cloth face coverings to help slow the spread of Covid-19” by all people in public settings “where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (eg. grocery stores and pharmacies) especially in areas of significant community based transmission.”
CDC is additionally advising the use of simple cloth face coverings to slow the spread of the virus and help people who may have the virus and do not know it from transmitting it to others.
Cloth face coverings can be used as an additional, voluntary public health measure to help slow the spread of Covid-19.
How is it in relation to an N95 mask?
An N95 mask is a respirator mask that is surgical grade. These are not the same, and are non-medical grade masks.
Can doctors and nurses wear the mask at the hospital?
These masks on their own are not sufficient for doctors or nurses in surgical and medical situations. They can however be worn over disposable surgical masks as an added layer of protection.
These masks are not medical grade and are not to take the place of the N95 masks. They are not suitable for use in a surgical setting or where there would be significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, use in a clinical setting, or use in the presence of a high-intensity heat source or flammable gas.
If a person is sick, will it be sufficient to protect those around me?
We make no guarantees that these will prevent anyone sick from spreading a virus, however they follow CDC recommendations that any cloth mask worn can help slow the spread of disease.
These are simply an added defense to pair with normal distancing measures and safety measures of someone that is ill or infected with a respiratory disease.
Is the mask adjustable?
These masks are not adjustable. As these masks are adult sized they are not recommended for children.
